The required state record of formations encountered, construction details, and yield-test results.
Utah law requires the licensed driller to file a Well Driller's Report (well log) within 30 days of completion. The log records depth, formations, casing, perforations or screen, grout, static water level, and yield. The log becomes the permanent record attached to the water right and is what future buyers, lenders, and consultants will rely on.
