What we collect
When you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number, the type of service you need, your message, and your answers about water rights and a start card. If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, how you arrived, general location from your IP address, device and browser). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
Like most websites, our hosting may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use what you send us to answer your request: to contact you, give you an estimate, schedule and do the work, and keep normal business records. After a job we may email you to ask for a review. We do not sell your information.
Who else sees it
Contact-form messages are stored in this website's own database and emailed to us through Brevo, an email delivery service. The agency that runs our website also receives a copy so it can count and follow up on leads. Google receives the analytics data described above. These providers handle the information only to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) to stop Google Analytics. The site still works without them.

How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging well drilling and pump work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
